24-Hour Feedback Rule

Many elements of a hockey season can bring up strong emotions for both players and parents. This includes but is not limited to tryouts, team placements, schedules, ice time, coach and/or teammate interactions, and much more.

To ensure thoughtful and constructive communication, Milwaukee Winter Club strictly enforces a mandatory 24-hour cool-down rule for all feedback. We ask that you observe a 24-hour waiting period before contacting any level coordinators, coaches, or club administrators regarding the above topics. Any emails or messages sent prior to the conclusion of this 24-hour window will not receive a response until after the period has elapsed.

Once the 24-hour period has passed, if you have questions reach out to your level coordinator, coach, or club administrator as appropraite dependent on the topic.

The exception to the 24-hour rule is any issue that presents an imminent safety concern or SafeSport violation.
