Who can register with Milwaukee Winter Club?
MWC serves northern and eastern Milwaukee County.
Specifically, our territory includes all of Milwaukee County east of 60th Street and north of 94, except for Wauwatosa. West of 60th Street, MWC’s territory includes all of Milwaukee County North of Capitol Drive.
All families from University School of Milwaukee are also eligible to play for MWC.
Ages
Squirts, Pee Wees, Bantams are based on birth year, ranging from 8-14 at the time of registration.

Practices
Generally 2-3 times per week depending on age level. See Age Level Details or FAQs for more information.
Games
Increasing number of games based on age level. From Squirts 25-30 to Bantams to 35-40.

Jerseys
New in 2025-26 - jerseys that each player gets to keep must be purchased by the family during the July 7-19 Spiritwear sale.
Other Costs
USA Hockey
All players must register with USA Hockey according to current membership rates.
Lower Processing Fees
2024-25 and earlier: $1.69/transaction + 3%.
2025-26: All cost shows as $0.99/transaction + 4.14%. However pay by ACH/EFT and you receive a 2.07% discount.
ALL families must register/pay online through Crossbar.

SEASON SCHEDULE
1. PRE-SEASON ACTIVITES: WEEK OF SEPT 21 & 28.
2. Evals: week of Oct 5.
3. Team Practices: weeks of Oct 12, 19, and 26.
4. Games Begin: weekend of Oct 31-Nov 1.
5. Playdowns: Feb 5-7.
6. State: Feb 26-28 (Ban+14U), Mar 5-7 (SQ+12U), Mar 13-14 (PW+10U)
Tentative dates with no MWC Activities: Nov 26, Dec 24-27, Dec 31-Jan 1.
There WILL be games the weekend of Jan 2-3.
2026-27 FEES
The fees listed are applicable if you register on or before July 17, 2026; late registration fee is 10%. Register early, it helps planning and scheduling tremendously!

REMINDERS
1. ALL families must register/pay through Crossbar. Please register each child through the same Crossbar account to streamline tracking of volunteer hours.
2. Players purchase jerseys they get to keep. First year Squirts/10U - register early as you pick your MWC number during registration. Each player keeps their number for all SQ/10U/PW/12U/BA years.
